![]() ![]() But I'm going to assume your going to use the 42inch Hydraulic tiller on a 300 series made after 1992 or a GX300 or X500 with hydraulic lift. When its on the 3point hitch it is pretty easy to control. ![]() I made a dolley to move mine around for storage purposes. Only Bad thing about it it is on Heavy SOB to move around when it is off the tractor. The Hydraulic tiller cuts through the ground like Butter. I have used a 42inch Hydraulic tiller on my 2003 JD X485 since spring 2004. If the gound is virgin never been plowed or tilled it usually takes two passes to get that tilled look. I have use the 30inch mechanical in 6 states,Upstate NY,Georgia,North Carolina,Tennesse,Washington Sate & Illinois and it does a Good job tilling. I have used both the 30inch mechanical tiller and the 42inch Hydraulic tiller. ![]()
